I am interested in staying in your campsite, how can I book ?
Online: you can check availability and rates and of course book…
An advance of 25% of the stay by credit card will be required. The online payment system is secure. You will receive a confirmation as soon as possible.
Telephone and post: you can reach us by phone +33 (0)2 98 74 26 39, we will check together the availabilities and will set a 7 day option for your selected stay.
A booking form will be sent by e-mail or letter in accordance with your wishes, please return the completed form with the advance to confirm your booking.

 

What are the accepted payment methods ?
Payments by credit card (from €10) and cash are accepted for all services of the campsite.

 

How much is the fee ?
The fee is free.

 

When and how to pay the balance of my stay ?
For self-catering, the balance of your holiday must be paid 30 days before arrival.
Online payment if you have booked oline, you will receive a reminder e-mail giving you the option of paying by credit card.
By phone +33 (0)2 98 74 26 39 with your credit card for remote payment.

 

I know the campsite, can I choose my pitch ?
When booking, you may specify your needs and desires, to the extent of availability we will assign the pitch that best suits your needs. €30/pitch/family.

 

At what time can I take possession of my rented accommodation ?
Please arrive between 5pm and 8pm.

 

We might arrive very late, how is this happening ?
For a late arrival, you will find your keys in the restaurant or at the entrance of the campsite, in an envelope with your name and an access plan. In this case, we ask you to come to the reception desk the next morning to advise us of your arrival.

 

Friends and family may visit me on the campsite during the holidays, how is this happening ?
Anyone coming to visit you on the campsite must leave his car in the parking lot at the entrance and advise immediately the reception, we like to be notified in advance by residents of the campsite. The visitor rate, equal to the daily rate for each additional person, will be applied when it will no longer be a simple courtesy visit (more than 2 hours or use of the campsite’s equipment).

 

Do you accept pets ?
We accept dogs and cats which have an up-to-date vaccination certificate.
Dogs of first and second category are prohibited.
The rate is €6 per night. 
We provide bags to collect the faeces and keep the campsite and surroundings clean. 
Animals should not be left alone on the pitches, barking may disturb the tranquillity of the campsite.

 

Are barbecues allowed ?
Barbecues are allowed on the campsite and on your pitch.
All accommodations have a small barbecue.

 

Are swimming shorts allowed in the pool ?
Swimming shorts, swimming boxers and briefs are not allowed for swimming.

 

Can I park my car next to my accommodation ?
Yes, each pitch has the space required to park a vehicule.
If you come to two vehicles, the second must remain in the parking lot at the entrance of the campsite (of course you can go to your pitch to unload !).
If your vehicle is unusually large (truck, motor home…) and you want to park in the campsite, an additional pitch will be charged.

 

At what time do I have to release my rented accommodation ?
In high season, departures are between 8am and 10am.
For off season weekend packages, departures can be until 6pm
